A Player’s Coach

Like many players, Coach Hailey discovered her love of the game at a mere 4-years-old. She famously used to run the wrong way around the bases during T-Ball games, with a great big smile on her face. Once her direction was corrected, there was no stopping her. Her career took her to multiple travel ball teams over the years, with experience as a pitcher, catcher, first baseman, and power hitter.

As a collegiate athlete, she honed her skills even further before discovering her love of coaching. In addition to her private and group lessons, Coach Hailey is also the assistant softball coach at Asher University located in Moreno Valley.

Coach Hailey strives to be the kind of coach that players admire, value, and trust, focusing on their personal goals and ambitions. She believes that the mental side of the game is just as crucial as the physical demands, encouraging her students to focus on both elements to become the best best athlete they can be, both on and off the field.
